●Warranty and TermsWarranty Period and Coverage: Please refer to the details stated on the warranty card for information about the warranty period and coverage of the product. 1.This product is classified as a professional hair clipper tool. To qualify for a "One-Year Warranty," please make your purchase through the officially certified channels designated by us. 2.For the warranty to be valid, the following information must be included: Confirmation stamp from the seller, serial number label, and purchase date.
●Warranty RegistrationThe product's warranty status is determined according to the warranty card.If you have completed the “WAHL PRO TW_Warranty Registration”,before using the new machine, it will be recognized as a warranty card, ensuring continued coverage of warranty terms.
● The following consumable components are not covered by the warranty:
1.Consumable parts: blades, foils, stationary blades, moving blades, batteries, motors, guides, housings, chargers.
2.Related accessories: combs, brushes, storage cases, etc.
● The warranty does not cover product damage caused by the following circumstances:
1.Natural disasters (fire, water damage, earthquake, lightning, etc.), foreign object intrusion, public disasters, moisture erosion, and other environmental factors.
2.Human factors: Uncommissioned professional repairs, or user negligence causing product damage or malfunction due to collisions, drops, etc.
3.Usage and maintenance: Product malfunction due to not following the instructions in the user manual or irregular maintenance.
4.Non-product-related malfunctions (including usage instructions) or services for adjustments beyond one year from purchase that do not involve part replacement.
5.Sound volume: Due to different assembly methods, usage times, individual usage, cleaning methods/habits, storage environments, and other factors, personal perceptions of sound volume vary without a definitive standard. As long as there are no issues with usage, it is not covered by the product warranty. If there are concerns about sound during new machine unboxing testing, please provide the decibel level for assessment by the testing personnel.
● The following situations will be assessed by our testing personnel:
1.Cutting Head (Blades, Foils, Stationary Blades, Moving Blades)
a. Rust or damage to the cutting head immediately after unboxing (video evidence required).
b. Hair being caught, inability to cut, or hair being pulled during the first week of usage.
2.Motor
a. Motor sound amplitude is subject to personal perception and maintenance habits (e.g., louder compared to others or louder than when newly purchased). Except for abnormal noises caused by uneven oscillation of the motor shaft, loudness alone is not covered under warranty.
(The motor in the clipper operates similarly to a conventional engine, and as usage time increases, it is natural for the sound to change. Regular maintenance, including cleaning and oiling, is key to ensuring the product's standard lifespan.)"
