Delivery Options
　Logistics Partners:
　Home Delivery: 黑貓宅急便PRESIDENT TRANSNET CORP. (Available for Taiwan main island and outlying islands)
　Convenience Stores: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Available at convenience stores on Taiwan main island and outlying islands)


Delivery Times/Destinations
　Home Delivery:
　Approximately 1 to 2 working days for delivery within Taiwan main island.
　Approximately 3 to 5 working days for delivery to outlying islands.

　Convenience Store Pickup:
　Approximately 3 to 4 working days for delivery within Taiwan main island.
　Approximately 7 to 9 working days for delivery to outlying islands.


Shipping Information
Items will be shipped within approximately 1 working day after the order is placed (excluding the order day) and excluding holidays.


Delivery Hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No deliveries on national holidays. In case of high order volumes during festival holidays or due to unforeseen natural disasters, shipments might be delayed.

　Actual delivery times will depend on the route planned by the delivery driver.

  • If you choose [Convenience Store Pickup]:
　Please be attentive to arrival notifications and pick up your order within 7 days after arrival. Failure to do so may result in the absorption of shipping costs by the customer.
